ADULT DISCIPLESHIP DEVELOPMENT
Fall - 1999
We Lutherans have been called,"the Church of the
Book," because of our strong stand on the Bible as
the Word of the Lord to humanity. In our world
where everyone listens to no one and most people
are busy playing their own god, it is good for us to
remember that we have professed our trust in the Lord and His Word to us as true.
Our Lord does call to us in His trust Word and tell
us of His love, forgiveness, grace, and guidance for
our living together with Him and His people. As
we learn and stand in His Word, our Lord makes
us grow strong with Him and with one another
so that we can re-model His world as He plans it.
We, the Lord, and His people grow together!
Amen! May it be so among us this fall, 1999. Come and join us for any one of the fine classes below...
THE JOY OF DISCOVERING PERSONALITIES
About ten years ago, we discovered the power of understanding our individual personalities. Once each of us understood our strengths and weaknesses, we became more aware of the directions and needs of our particular blend of personalities. This has led to the acceptance of ourselves as well as the acceptance of each other which has strengthened our relationship to be more God pleasing. You will have a great time, and it is never too late to join the class. Taught by Mike and Gloria Morgan - 468-688. The class meets every other Monday, September 27, October 11, 25, November 8, 22. The times are from 6:30-8pm.
BREAKFAST - THE BIBLE - BUSINESS

The group meets every Friday from 7-8am at the East Towne Mall Perkins.
